Public Hearing for Campus Targeted Improvement Plan

We would like to invite the Dogwood Elementary School community to join us for an important informational meeting. Recently released Texas Education Agency (TEA) accountability ratings have identified Dogwood Elementary for Targeted Improvement due to continued participation in the Effective Schools Framework Focused Grant. To meet requirements, we are creating and implementing a Campus Targeted Improvement Plan with the guidance of a Campus Intervention Team.

Help shape the future! We encourage all parents to attend the meeting to review the plan and provide feedback. Your input is vital for helping us to develop effective strategies focused on student achievement. Thank you for your commitment to our school community! We look forward to your participation. 

Our meeting to review the plan and provide feedback is on Thursday, November 20, 2025 from

5:00-5:30pm in conjunction with our Loteria Night in our Cafeteria.
